Thank you for shopping at Saralpida!
1. Processing Time:
- The most orders are processed within 5-7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
- Please remember that the shipping takes depending on where you live a bit longer!
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery estimates will be provided at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
3. Shipping Destinations:
- We currently ship nearly worldwide. We are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Please remember that the shipping costs depending on where you live and may take a bit longer!
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- Saralpida is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages:
- Saralpida is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact store@saralpida.de.
